what a delight to see entries from Joyce and Aki Heng. I was wondering if this blog had been forgotten hence I also decide to write something here. :)

 

Except the fews who have blogs and the other fews whom I clashed into during lectures once in a blue moon, I have certainly lost touch of most of your lives in nus. :) Two weeks of school have passed and tutorials will be starting next week. I do wish that everyone has successfully bidded for the desirable modules and class have been fun (oh... or at least... inspiring or... not boring?) so far. All the best to all of you in your respective life in NUS! :)

 

Ya, as suggested, we shall have an OG outing... how about one before our mid-sem break that is followed right after by the team tests? com'on... let's get words in action! :)

 

 

By the way, we have already had a msn group set-up. Join it and perhaps we can continue our message posting and communication there if you wish to.

Rag's over already.. though we didn't win.. but it was nevertheless a great experience.. and it certainly felt good to be able to spot familiar faces amongst the crowd today.. i was kinda high actually but also part delirious cause of the 10-4 lectures(chem students shd know) haha how were your first days? hope it was good and perhaps we could go out as on OG again sometime..

 

oh and for those who were present.. dun forget the bet =P study hard everyone and i'll be waiting for my treat =P

happy to rag with all who came down for the two stayover sessions on friday! i especially love the hour-long (or was it 2hours) massage session. OOOH! haha...

SOW is starting soon, and i know a couple of people are attending, while xiao qing, shiping and i are in raggers' special programme. well, since SOW is starting soon, it means that Rag day is drawing closer. less than 20 days in fact. and the floats still need QUITE  a bit of work. need loads of men and women power. so really really hope to see more people come down to rag! every single hour you spend ragging counts!

Heyz.. just went to help out with float-side on friday and it was surprisingly fun.. though it was quite sad that there weren't many freshmen around.. noticed some from julius caesar but that was about it.. it's rly quite fun to sit around, paste newspaper and talk so... yeah if and when you guys are going pls tell me and i'll be there after dance to help too!! then we can all have dinner together!! sounds good? i think the stayovers are like wed and friday if anyone's interested.. btw my number is 96707485 for anyone who wants it..

yeah if it wasn't evident already i had a great time with you guys at camp.. it's like erm... got a place that no other og will be able to fill.. so yeah hope to see u guys around at rag=)

GROUP 4!!!! haha, such an amazingly unhappening name. but we still managed to MAKE things HAPPENING!!!hahaa.....

our group really seems to be the most cool group leh.. the seniors we got are the more cool ones! hee hee.. to janet, liping, dawn, eugene, suan hui and jia hui, wen guang3 and osiris seniors, thanks for all the fun! and sorry if i missed anybody out!

haha, does anybody wanna know my opinion of battle games in general? (well i think it isnt very fun) it's fun if u know everybody, or if u know people in the opposite camp. or if u have some sadistic streak...haha... and if the government should need to have another save water campaign, i'd propose to have it directed to orientation camps..haha.. can u imagine what stuff they's make us hurl at each other if there was no water??? more flour? oh my...

things i learnt:

yin fong is a KTV addict, and i am so not kidding.

ouch obi obi can be a VERY serious game.

eating fruits does not quench thirst. for some queer reason.

and much more...

 

and to clear my name. i've been giving it serious thought. i do NOT always drink pepper soup. in fact, pepper soup is a rare occurence, only with yong tau foo soup and the annual (or so) pig intestine soup. really!! pepper porridge.. only happens outside of home, and when there's pepper. haha!

hi osiris!! its gd to see so many of us had turned up for the rag and flag camp. :> joyce, u r more high than when u r in scamp.. esp when playing bridge. Thanks to xiao qing, joyce, yin fong and robyn that I had now learnt how to play bridge better.. hmm.. though is still not as gd as u all..and had caused some confusion in the game, at least I made the first step in playing the game by myself. yup. Didint expected I could watch the semi match last night, thought I would miss it.. haha.. watched with alan and nigel but alan back off next half.. gd thing there is nigel and both of us r on the same side! haha.. I appear to b v quiet, actually if knowing well I'm not.. it takes time for me to "heat up". anyway, take care everyone!!

haha... gotta get used to me! nigel's so cute! as in the non-piack one! haha, he doesnt behave like he writes.. i was laughing out loud at his sign off la! and so poetic, all his jigsaw pieces..

yup yup, i wanted to echo vivian.. i really felt extremely well taken care of by the seniors. i've never had seniors who bought/brought/made us honey water, vit c and help us carry water and bags and so on... us juniors got high karma to get such nice seniors.

and it seems like lots of pple are falling sick..eh, actually no. vivian's SP had a fever too! hm...maybe vivian shared some body fluids with her SP, tt's why both got fever! haha... :P
